Total cost of the unlimited program provides 2 pilots unlimited flight time for 30 days in N4696X and N6858X. Price does not include the cost of fuel or any flight instructors. This offer is not eligible for flight instructors intending to offer flight instruction with the unlimited flight hours. This offer can be used by student pilots who bring their own flight instructors, however any flight instructor must be approved by Seipel Aviation, LLC.
All flights must be scheduled on Flight Circle. Flights must be scheduled around other scheduled flights on Flight Circle, flights using the Unlimited Flight Time Offer are suggested to schedule as early as possible to ensure they receive flying slots desired. Flights can be day or night flights. Renters must be checked out for each aircraft, and night checkout if not instrument rated. Student pilots do not require checkout, however their instructors must be. Scheduled flights under this promotion that are canceled within 24 hours of the flight will incur a $50 cancelation fee. This encourages renters to only schedule flights they intend to fly. Any renter abusing the schedule under this promotion are subject to cancelation of promotion and will not receive a refund.
Should both aircraft be down for maintenance at the same time, a daily credit will be granted to ensure the pilots receive the opportunity to schedule and fly the aircraft for 30 days. There are no refunds offered for this promotion, unless both aircraft become permanently unavailable.
All renters using this promotion are required to have a signed renters agreement on file ( www.seipelaviation.com/rental-agreement ). All renters using this promotion must hold Aircraft Renters Insurance to cover an amount of $50,000 of liability. All renters must have a current and valid medical. Student pilots need not have a medical until solo flight. All pilot, medical, and personal profile information must be in Flight Circle prior to first flight to include an emergency contact.
